Homemade Cold Brew

Homemade cold brew is easier than making a pot of coffee.

  1. Rough grind 30 grams (1 oz or 1/4 cup) coffee beans.
  2. Place grounds in a mason jar.
  3. Fill with water.
  4. Let sit for at least 12 hours.
  5. Strain through a french press, coffee filter, or kitchen towel into a bowl or jar.

When making multiples, don’t forget to label your jars. I usually get a few going in rotation so I am never without this wonderful drink!
